Profile

Maëliss de Beaumont is a Visiting Student at Helmholtz Munich in the Explainable Machine Learning group, led by Prof. Dr. Zeynep Akata. She is a Master student at Télécom Paris specializing in image and signal processing. She previoulsy gained experience as a Research Intern at the Institute for Systems and Robotics (ISR Lisboa - Instituto Superior Técnico) where she worked under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Catarina Barata and Prof. Dr. Carlos Santiago on medical images and generative models. Her current research focuses on causality in Sparse Auto-Encoders.
