Profile

Maja Pantić is a PhD student at the Explainable Machine Learning group and the International Max Planck Research School for Intelligent Systems (IMPRS-IS), supervised by Prof. Zeynep Akata. She completed her Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at Université Paris-Saclay in 2022. Before this, she received Master’s and Bachelor’s degree at the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, in 2021 and 2019. Her research interests include multi-modal (vision, language, sound) and zero-shot learning and trustworthy AI, such as improving interpretable and compositional reasoning in large multi-modal models.
